When you use SpeedTest, the following data is processed entirely within your browser:

• Your public IP address — fetched from a third-party lookup service (ipwho.is, ipapi.co, or ipinfo.io) and displayed to you on screen only.
• Your ISP name and approximate city/country — derived from the IP lookup above.
• Network measurements (download speed, upload speed, ping, jitter) — computed locally and never transmitted to us.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not store your IP address on any server we operate.
• We do not use cookies, local storage, or any persistent tracking mechanism.
• We do not collect device identifiers, browser fingerprints, or usage analytics.
• We do not share any data with advertisers or third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Third-Party IP Lookup Services

To display your IP address and ISP information, your browser makes a direct request to one of the following public API services:

• ipwho.is
• ipapi.co
• ipinfo.io

These services may log your IP address according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns. We do not control or receive data from these services.

4. Speed Test Infrastructure

Speed measurements are conducted using Cloudflare's open-source speed test library (@cloudflare/speedtest). Test traffic is routed to Cloudflare's network endpoints. Cloudflare may log this traffic in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Your IP Address and Applicable Law

Under privacy regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), and other regional frameworks, an IP address may be considered personal data.

We display your IP address only to you, for the purpose of showing your connection information. This display is purely local — no IP address data is transmitted to, processed by, or stored on servers we operate. There is no profiling, automated decision-making, or secondary use of your IP address.

6. Data Retention

No data is retained. Once you close or refresh the page, all displayed information is gone. We maintain no database of users, sessions, or test results.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
